Kenneth “Irv” Irving is a business leader and entrepreneur with a passion for driving systems change and managing the human element that is essential to business growth. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Irving Oil Ltd., the intergenerational family company where he led efforts to achieve top decile industry efficiency, building the highest level of employee engagement while being internationally recognized for setting environmental standards in the North American industry. In 2010, Irv left Irving Oil following a health setback to pursue his passions as an entrepreneur in the networked information economy. Irv’s business perspective combines analytical thinking and creativity across industries and sectors. He is passionate about applying his extraordinary life experience and unique cross-industry leadership expertise to develop creative solutions to problems that affect millions of people. His latest mission, as founder of Rocket Science Health, is to make direct-to-brain drug delivery accessible to all. Irv and his wife Tasha have four daughters and reside in Victoria, British Columbia.
