- We compared the whole-brain biodistribution of TfR brain shuttles and their respective non-shuttled controls in humanized TfR mice
- High-resolution 3D light-sheet imaging was used to visualize therapeutic distribution throughout the intact brain
- Vascular-associated and parenchymal signal were quantified across anatomically defined brain regions
- The study moves BBB biodistribution assessment from selected 2D histology sections to quantitative whole-brain 3D analysis
